Olivia is a Senior Architect with 13 years of experience across a variety of public and commercial projects. Her roles have ranged from project/design management, presentation, conception design through to construction documentation, contract administration and construction technical support.
Wanley is a specialist in the interior design of office environments. His considerable expertise in the creation of highly effective space is complemented by his ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and deliver a solution that works both practically and commercially. The architect of Creative Spaces' unique '4D Workplace' space management system, Wanley has assisted hundreds of clients in selecting the best office space and fitting it out to create a vibrant and productive working environment.
As a registered architect Colette has a broad range of experience in the areas of Commercial Architecture and Interior Design, having worked for award winning firms in Sydney and London, Colette is a highly motivated and creative person with a passion for interiors.
Colette’s role as an Associate at Creative Spaces, has seen her involved in both architectural and interior design projects. An experienced and well organised design manager; Colette aims to work proactively with her clients to ensure successful delivery of highly innovative and original design concepts.
With a highly successful background in construction management, and a meticulous eye for detail, John leads Creative Spaces' commercial interiors project management team with the approach that there is no substitute for planning and hands-on management.
His ability to communicate effectively with both contractors and clients means that projects under his care are invariably delivered on time, within budget and to the delight of all stakeholders.
Eddie has extensive experience in project management of commercial office and retail fitouts. Having begun his career as an interior designer he has a unique insight into the design phase that allows him to manage the process of translating drawings into reality and anticipates any issues well in advance of implementation.
As well as being exceptionally motivated and pro-active, Eddie’s personable nature enables him to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with his clients.
Mark has an impressive track record in managing projects for commercial clients and government agencies. His experience in New Zealand and the United Kingdom has enabled him to develop a world-class approach to managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations, and he is a master at delivering on budget and to quality expectations.
Drew has 7 years experience in the construction industry as a soft fitout manager. His skills lie in budgeting, finalisation of fixed prices, furniture selection, sourcing, procurement and management of soft fitout contracts. Drew's attention to detail, time management skills and ability to communicate effectively has enabled him to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
Harry has a reputation for his skills in designing large and complex projects, including major public facilities, refurbishments and large interior fitouts. From North Harbour Stadium and the Vodafone Events Centre to the New Plymouth District Council Offices and fitout for Vector Energy, he has worked across a broad range of projects.
Harry has the skills and experience to assist a client to develop major projects by formulating a clear brief, evolving the concept, documenting and liaising on construction. His skills lie in major project direction and design control of refurbishments and interior fitouts; sports facilities; tourism, leisure and entertainment facilities.
Hamish has 20 years' experience as an architect across a variety of projects in Australia and New Zealand. His completed works include office buildings, commercial fitouts, aged care facilities, police stations, and housing. With a passion for architecture, Hamish brings extensive design and technical skills to every project.
